ANDROMEDA COMPACTA ALBA - (WHITE)

A superb little ericaceous shrublet. This is the compact form of our rare native 'Bog Rosemary'. Slender stems bear glaucous green leaves and terminal clusters of white bell like flowers from May-June. Evergreen. Compact shrub producing masses of pretty pitcher-shaped white flowers during spring which hang downwards. Ideal rockery plant. Requires well drained but moisture retentive soil. Prefers light shade in a hot environment.
