IBERIS SEMPIVIRENS

(White Candytuft). A compact perennial. Delightful snow-white flowers en mass appear early spring, offset by green needle-like foliage. After flowering, lightly shear the plants to keep them neat and bushy. Requires full sun, moderate drainage. Tolerant of poor soil and harsh conditions. Ideal gap filler. Average but well-drained soil in full sun.
