FENNEL GREEN HOME GARDEN

Grown as annual for its succulent bulbous rootstalks, eaten raw or cooked. Sprinkle finely chopped aromatic leaves over salad and cooked vegetables. Seeds used in sauces, fish dishes also sprouted in winter salads. Sunny, well drained position.
