Non-woven weed mat for the supression of weeds but still allows water through. For use either as a semi-permanent measure under a mulch or as only an temporary/recylcable measure to supress weeds which is held down with pegs or heavy objects (eg rocks) and then removed once the weeds are dead and/or the ground is ready for planting.
